- Add tomato sauce to the chutney if required.
- Add 1tsp oil and salt to the flour. Knead it with water. Rest the flour for an hour.
- In a pan add 1 tsp oil and saute garlic and onion. After 3 minutes add carrot and stir fry. Add 1 cup or required water to it. Add Maggie masala and boil it for a minute. Now add Maggie noodles and cook it until done. Once cooked add soya and chilli sauce to it. Cool the noodles.
- Make small roti out of flour and add cooked noodle mixture to it.
- Make packet type momos out of it.
- Steam momos for 15 minutes only. Fry the round momos in kachori style.
- Serve it with tomato chutney..
